Founded by Friends

We are three friends - busy professionals juggling family, business, and personal goals - who individually and mutually arrived at the realization that walking daily made a vital and transformative impact on our professional and personal lives through improved physical and mental health. 

The simple act of walking carves out dedicated personal time to stretch, burn, and think out loud. Walking is an incredible antidote for busy lives and a salve for the ever-increasing societal pressure to achieve, to keep up, and to do more with less.

Walking with friends gives us space to discuss matters that are on our minds and get fresh perspectives and ideas on issues we're dealing with. Walking with our dogs builds our relationships with them and helps keep us and them healthy. Walking with our loved ones reminds us of all the reasons we love them in the first place. And finally, walking by ourselves is meditative and relaxing; there's no better way to breathe in the good and breathe out the bad.

We hope to encourage as many people as we can to take up walking for everyone’s benefit. Although we wish we could go to amazing destinations to hike all the time, we know just how hard it is to carve out time for big adventures. Therefore, we focus on walking daily, in nature when possible, and keeping it simple to maximize our success. We each have a few reliable walking routes near us that we can visit most days to take a walk and enhance our quality of life.
